By accessing or using SOLVIT Canada's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SOLVIT Canada regarding your use of our website, programs, and services.

SOLVIT Canada provides: • IT certification and training programs • Career development and mentorship services • IT consulting services for businesses • Job placement assistance • Online learning resources and materials We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

When you create an account with us, you must: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

By enrolling in any SOLVIT program, you agree to: • Complete all required coursework and assignments • Attend scheduled sessions and meetings • Adhere to program schedules and deadlines • Participate in good faith in mentorship activities • Follow our code of conduct Program fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined separately in your enrollment agreement.

For paid services and programs: • All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated • Payment is due according to the terms specified at enrollment • Late payments may result in suspension of access to services • Refund requests must be submitted according to our refund policy • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

All content on our website and within our programs, including but not limited to: • Text, graphics, logos, and images • Audio and video content • Software and code examples • Course materials and curriculum is the exclusive property of SOLVIT Canada or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others • Transmit any harmful code or malware • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt our services • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect or harvest personal information of others • Use our services to compete with us

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Implied warranties of merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement We do not guarantee: • Employment or job placement after completing our programs • Specific income levels or earning potential • That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLVIT Canada shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our services • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOLVIT Canada and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with: • Your access to or use of our services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use our services will cease immediately • You must cease all use of our materials and content • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
